I used FlyKitt on my flight from Houston to Stockholm. The big discovery for me was that you have to adjust your choices before and after starting and ending flying. I was thinking, I have arrived. But there were basically two more days to go to get adjusted. Flykitt changes what I did on the plane (getting up when others were sleeping), had me drink a ton of caffeine at key points, and both nights take melatonin. Loved the red glasses which reduced stress and tired eye strain. Worth the travel time for the beauty.
